The IMPSN Board is hiring! Join our team

We are currently seeking a Chief
Executive Officer

As we grow as an organization, we are looking for a professional to help us
create an environment within the organization that promotes creativity and
helps us to achieve our mission as an international network of rare disease
patient organizations.

The key aspects for this position are:

Work together with the Board to fulfill the IMPSN’s mission and vision –
Acting in the best interest of all patients and their families at all times;
Develop sufficient resources to ensure the financial health of the IMPSN –
including annual budget / monthly financial statements and fundraising
plans;
Work with the Board to develop, implement and manage a 3 year
business plan, setting short and long term goals. Review on a regular
basis to ensure the plan is still relevant;
Oversee and allocate resources to ensure that the operations of the
IMPSN are effectively managed;
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure
consistent messaging and alignment among Network members key
stakeholders;

Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing its values and
